Collect moments not things or so some say. Why not collect both while exploring Ponce City Market? This past Saturday, my sister and I spent a fun afternoon hanging out and eating our way through Ponce City Market.
Exploring Ponce City Market can be a great weekend venture with the family, friends, a special someone, or shoot! treat yourself! There truly is so much to do. There is plenty of retail therapy available, a huge food hall area with to-go food or restaurants where you can go in and take a seat. Although, I have not been to the rooftop yet, I believe there are great hangout spots up there. The rooftop at Ponce City Market is definitely on my to-do list. If you been to the rooftop, I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
It was a dreary day last Saturday so my sister and I stuck close to the building and inside where it was dry and warm. We roamed in and out of a few stores, but we mostly ate our way through Ponce City Market.
We started our food exploration through Ponce City Market with lunch. My sister was craving Ramen and I was craving, well, not Ramen. The great thing about Ponce City Market Food Hall is there is something for everyone. If you are unable to find something to eat in Ponce, then I question everything about you. Just kidding, but, seriously there is everything you can imagine to choose from. I got an Avocado caprese panini from Farm to Ladle. It was delicious and much more my speed. My sister was able to satisfy her ramen craving and that is what I call Winner Winner chicken dinner!
I apologize to the ramen lovers reading this post. There is no evidence of the ramen. My sister gave the ramen 2 thumbs up though!
What is lunch without dessert? What is any meal without dessert? Next we scoped out our dessert selections. We had our eyes on either Batter or Five Daughters Bakery. It was too hard to choose so we got both. Batter for the now, and Five Daughters Bakery for the later.
Then you can’t have dessert without a little coffee to finish it off, so…we got some coffee too!
All in all it was a wonderful afternoon browsing shops and eating our way through Ponce City Market. We collected both food and memories.
